Customer Reviews
Great cocktails, easy order
Got a couple of Strawberry Daiquiris. Ordering was fast. They delivered in about 5 days. Cocktails were tasty and strong. Will buy again.
Reliable for parties
This was my third time ordering from Boxtails, and they're consistently good. I usually go for the 'Party Packs' when I'm hosting, this time I got the 'Mixed Cocktail Box'. The quality is always there, and they've never messed up an order. Delivery usually takes about a week to California, which is fine since I plan ahead. I like knowing what I'm getting. It saves a lot of hassle compared to mixing everything myself, and the cocktails genuinely taste like they came from a bar. That's why I keep coming back.
Good quality, delivery was slow
I ordered a 'Build Your Own Box' last month, picking out a few Passion Fruit Martinis and some Espresso Martinis. The ordering process was straightforward on their site; no issues there. Delivery took 8 days to get to my place in Texas, which was a bit longer than I expected, but it was packaged well. Everything arrived intact, no leaks. The cocktails themselves were pretty good, definitely better than other pre-mixed ones I've tried. They tasted fresh, not artificial. I didn't need to contact support, so can't comment on that. The pouches are easy enough to use, just pour over ice. Overall, happy with the product, just wish shipping was a bit faster for the price.

Hey, what's the shelf life on these once you get them? Planning to buy a few for over the summer but don't want them going bad.
How easy are returns if I decide I don't like the flavors or something? Or if a pouch is damaged?
What's the deal with their 'bar quality' claim? Are these actually decent, or just glorified sugary juice? Vs NIO or Kocktail quality wise?
Hey guys, thinking of ordering a mixed box for a party next month. Does anyone know if they actually fit through a standard letterbox? Live in an apartment so don't want to miss delivery.
Anyone know if you can use a discount code on top of one of their build-your-own boxes? Those are already discounted but wondering if I can stack something else.
